In very exciting recognition of some of our hard work, our Lemon & Ginger Jun-Kombucha was recently awarded a Great Taste award. Here are some notes from one of the judges:

"A beautiful sparkling Jun with plenty of lemon and ginger on the nose. On tasting it sings in the mouth, lots of ginger and lemon and tingling on the tongue with only the very merest hint of honey so not sweet. This really lifted our spirits on a dull day. Great drink to cleanse the palate, as an aperitif or a digestif!"

And if you want some more, here's another:

"A very interesting flavoured drink. The back notes of honey are lively and the ginger and lemon lifts this to give quite a refreshing and zingy drink. Astringent, but not in a bad way. Herbal, refreshing and not overly sweet which we enjoyed. There wasn't much green tea there. A different and delicious drink."
