Our kimchi combines cabbage, carrots, radish, onion, chilli ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper and Celtic sea salt and is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. (It’s organic, too.)
Not all kimchi is the same, however. While it might be loaded with vegetables, original kimchi is made with salted shrimp or fish sauce, sugar and glutinous rice powder. So it’s worth a check of the label.
