Today is a big day for Loving Foods as the building is going up!  This is where the magic will happen!

We're erecting a 20ft x 8ft purpose-built shed, with fixed plumbing, electrics and drainage. We have 2 x 300 litre tanks for Kombucha and Jun, 2 x 200 litre tanks for Sauerkraut and Kimchi and we've just purchased a massive 450 litre tanks which we'll use for whatever is the most popular.

On top of that, we have all kinds of specialist equipment including an industrial food processor, hand-made 100 litre kettle, bottle labelling machine, CO2 bottle filling machine and commercial refrigeration unit, to name a few.
