Ingredients:
- 1 large frozen banana
- 75g frozen mixed berries
- 100ml coconut water
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (can be dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon Loving Foods Fermented Sauerkraut
- Pumpkin seeds
- Granola or muesli
- Goji berries
- Bee pollen
- Place the frozen banana, berries, coconut water, yogurt and sauerkraut in a blender or food processor and blend well until quite thick and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl then decorate with your toppings. Dig in!
